This is a 1972 Landrover series 3 SWB. I bought this intending to take some parts off it as spares and convinced myself instead to restore it. Having looked at it it needs a good bit of work to make it road worthy but as time is not an issue I'm going to chip away at it in my spare time. The rear x member is rotten as is the bulk head out riggers. The bulk head it self is'nt too bad considering. Its has rot under the window so it'll need work. The plan is strip it down to the chassis - repair. Possibly galvanize it and the bulk head. Refubish the running gear and fit parabolics and then rebuild into a pick up.
